This week seems to be seascape week, I'm on a trip down to Devon and the little surfing village of Westward Ho! Planning on some new abstract wave and seascapes paintings and getting some rest and relaxation. The sea is an amazing subject full of power beauty and passion. Ever changing and with as many deep primal emotions as a living creature. Looking out to sea and watching the surf come in, and feeling the wind against your face is exhilarating.
Amazingly this week has also seen two new artists apply to the site both of which paint seascapes.
So I'm very pleased to call this seaside ocean painting week in the arts-fine-gallery and welcome Paul Bennett and Sandra Francis to the art gallery.
